Hey boys and girls! Hope that you have had a good day. Unfortunately I won't be on Bluebird TV tonight :-( I have spent the day at the doctors and the hospital getting my knee sorted.

After having xrays and examinations I have been told that I have torn my meniscus. So I've got my leg strapped up and been told to rest for the next week before I have to get checked again. But ... I don't want to wait that long before I'm back at work so I am determined to be at Bluebird and on your screens tomorrow night.

Cheer up gorgeous the worst is over I'm sure!Cartilage takes a while too fully heal but the sharp pain should ease soon enough.Don't rush back to work,your fans still adore you,remember!Lo ts of love
